I was thrilled when Sharon and Michael called to let me know they chose The Hotel Grand Wailea for their Maui wedding ceremony. The chapel and grounds of the hotel are truly magnificent and there are numerous locations scattered around the hotel to create beautiful images. The bride and groom were joined by a large group of friends and family who were all enjoying the beautiful Maui sunshine. There are so many wonderful places to get married on Maui, and the Hotel Grand Wailea is certainly one of them.
Angel and Mitch chose beautiful Kapalua Bay for their recent Maui wedding ceremony. A White Orchid Wedding made all of the arrangements for the couple including a hair and makeup session in the couples room. Having an extended photo session to allow for in room shots is a nice way of telling the story of your special day.

Local Maui residents Brandie and Matt recently tied the knot at Maui’s stunning Kapalua Bay. Aside from being a beautiful crescent beach, we’re often treated to some pretty amazing sunsets here. The wedding couple couldn’t have been more in love, and it showed.

Maui’s Kapalua Bay is a truly beautiful beach and the perfect setting for a sunset wedding ceremony. Stacey and Michael were joined by family and friends to celebrate their wedding vows in paradise. Stacey from A White Orchid Wedding provided the coordination services for the couple, and Reverand Kimo made it official with the blowing of the conch shell. Talk about a fun couple. Ateah had requested she and Perry “trash the dress” after their ceremony by taking a swim in the warm waters of one of Maui’s South Coast Beaches. Fortunately for me and my camera equipment, they were the only one’s who got wet!

Nick and Audrey got together with me for an engagement photo shoot recently on one of Maui’s numerous beaches. A bit off the beaten path, we were treated to a deserted stretch of beach, and a spectacular fiery sunset.
This is the second time I’ve had the opportunity to get together for a portrait session with my little friend Nainoa. Now nearly two years old, walking, talking, and definitely in the mood for driving! Grandpa pulled the vintage TBird out for a Sunday drive to Kepaniwai Park where we were able to get some new images of Nainoa and Grandpa together.
